Bite Technologies is evaluating the accuracy of our tool across a wide variety of foods, utensils, and people. Between January-April 2012, over 275 people were recorded eating in the Harcombe Dining Hall at Clemson University, in order to compare ground truth consumption against the measurements of the Bite Counter.
